This  book was born during my residency of neurology in Mississippi.

Since I had an extensive training in electromyography working at Tulane University prior to my neurology training, I had an idea to combine pictures and photos to make it easy to understand the anatomy of muscles and nerves when we performed electromyography.

Thanks to my friend Clare McCarthy and Dr. Arturo Leis we were able to publish in 2000.

I believe that visual perception of images remains longer than reading paragraphs.
